“Great location to enjoy Naples”

“This condo’s greatest feature is the location ......within 5 blocks to the beach, down your elevator to lots of superb restaurants and shops and the pool and hot tub just outside your door. The unit is spacious and comfortable with an outside small covered terrace, that hold 6 people comfortably on bar stool chairs with a nice table where you can view the happenings on 5th Ave. This unit is perfect for two couples, the Master bedroom has a king bed and large shower and spacious double sinks . The guest bedroom has a queen bed with its bathroom, that has a tub shower, just outside the door. We liked the little sitting room with its own TV, the washer and dryer and access to bikes and beach chairs. Also having one reserved covered parking spot near the elevator makes trips to and from the car easy.”

“My husband and I spent Jan 1, 2020 – Jan 31, 2020 in this beautiful condo. Everything you need you will find in this spacious lovely condo in the heart of 5th Avenue. Restaurants outside your door, balcony facing 5th avenue provides for relaxation while enjoying a cup of coffee, a glass of wine or even a meal. Decorated beautifully, comfortable beds and living room furniture. A well-maintained heated pool right outside the condo door and on many days, it felt like our very own private pool. A very short walk to the beach (chairs provided) and nice bikes are available for use. Jeanette was very responsive, gets back immediately to all inquiries.”

“Everything You Could Want Right on 5th Ave”

“This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at 555 5th Ave. for the month of January. We particularly enjoyed the penthouse unit because it not only has a balcony overlooking all the action of the main drag but also opens out directly to the, ap. 30 x 20 pristine and heated pool and hot tub. This very private area is rarely used and so became like our private back yard for swimming, grilling or just relaxing with a good book.The unit is nicely appointed and comfortable with a private guest area that includes its own separate TV room. The location is superb (walk to 3rd St., CVS, Wynn’s Market, even the library), the building beautifully maintained, and the owners, though off site, totally responsive and helpful.”

“Another wonderful visit to Naples”

“My wife and I just returned from another wonderful visit to Naples. This time we wanted to stay downtown, where we could walk to the restaurants and bars. This location was perfect. Right on Fifth. We were able to get out almost every night for a walk to a Fifth Avenue or a Third Street location to listen to some music or have a quick drink at a bar. With the patio doors open, you do hear some activity below on the street, which we expected. It is no big deal and part of the fun of this condo. With the doors closed at night, it's very quiet; you don't hear anything. The condo is perfect for four with two nice sized bedrooms. It has a small den/sitting room that can be converted to sleep a fifth person (we had to buy an inexpensive blow up bed for this). The condo is nicely decorated and everything is modern and up to date. The kitchen has everything you need. It did not have a blender when we arrived, and we had expected one, and Jeanette had one delivered a day later. That was the only hiccup, if you can call it that. The other nice thing about the condo is the pool. It is right out the back door. And, for the month we were there we only shared it with another person twice. It was like our own private pool. The condo is only about 5 blocks from the beach, a short walk to view a sunset. If you are going to the beach for the day with chairs, umbrellas and coolers you will probably want to drive and park along a side street. You can always find a parking spot within a block or less of the beach. With a 30 day or longer rental contract, you can get a Naples resident parking pass at city hall, so you can park anywhere along the "beach streets" without having to use the meters. Jeanette is easy to deal with and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will return on our next visit to Naples.”

“Wonderful Stay”

“A great condo in the heart of it all. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed walking to dinner many evenings and sitting on the balcony just watching all the activities below. The pool is wonderful and extremely private. Jeanette was great and very accommodating with all of our needs. Our only complaint with the process was the home owners associations need for a hard credit check that stays on your credit for 2 years......other than that, we look forward to hopefully staying again in the future.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay in this penthouse condo right on 5th Avenue. Being able to walk to dozens of restaurants and the beach is very attractive to us. The condo itself checks all of our boxes for amenities. We appreciated the very comfortable bed and large master bathroom very much. Jeanette was very responsive when we inquired as to an unfamiliar car parked in the stall assigned to us. This lovely and convenient condo may have changed our minds about future vacation rentals in a more suburban setting.”

“Wonderful downtown city experience”

“My wife and I love Florida and usually want to be in a water front condo. To be honest we normally travel to Marco Island. This time we decided to experience a downtown environment. We wanted to be in the heart of the action. We understand that November is typically a slower time for tourists in Florida, however this was the best time to go to restaurants without the wait and go to the beach without the crowds. We loved it. The condo was amazing, spotless and the balcony was overlooking 5th Avenue. Beautiful. The pool was five steps out the door and we were literally the only people out there. Our own private pool. Unreal. Jeanette was great to work with. Response time to any inquiry was immediate, before and after. Loved our time in Naples. We are currently planning to reconnect with Jeanette for another trip very soon.”

“The condo could not be in a better location, more beautiful and easy to walk to everything. This was a perfect location for my husband my six-month-old baby and myself. The beach is within walking distance and the gourmet restaurants, shopping and coffee shops are right below the condo! This is our first time in Naples and we will definitely be back! It is also a great central point to take advantage of the west coast and hit some of the other cities and islands. The owner could not be more responsive when we needed anything especially suggestions on where to eat!! Thank you! This was a very memorable first time as a family to Naples Florida!”

“Outstanding condo in great location "

“This condo is everything described in the listing and more. The location of the property is ideal in that it is in the heart of Olde Naples and a five minute walk to the beach. The balcony that overlooks Fifth Avenue is perfect place for a morning coffee or to relax over a glass of wine later in the day. The condo is well built, so when you are inside you hardly hear any noise from the neighborhood. In addition, this condo has its own parking spot which is a plus in a busy neighborhood and has secured elevators and stairwells to even get to the condo unit. The condo is a well-maintained property and is in immaculate condition. The layout was perfect for three of us staying there. The beds in both bedrooms were extremely comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets available. The bedroom closets are big and there was plenty of dresser space for us to unpack our clothes and put away our suitcases to make it feel like home during our stay. In addition, the washer and dryer in the condo unit was a plus for us to be able to do laundry during our stay. The kitchen has full amenities to cook meals with a full oven and stove and lots of pots and pans and storage space for our groceries. Communication with the property owners was great from start to finish, and very responsive to my inquiries and providing details. Highly recommend this property to a friend or relative, and definitely hope it is available to stay there again on our next trip to Naples.”
